Music to Move to – Week 3

This week’s song from my running playlist is “Enough Crying” by Mary J. Blige featuring Brook. I like this song because running and working out in general are often used as stress releivers in my life. If something else in my life is bothering me, running can really help make me feel better and if that something else happens to be some guy … well isn’t this song fitting.

I also think the lyrics in general are empowering, which is an important thing to focus on when working out – especially if you are doing it with a weight loss goal. Mary sings “It’s time I do something for me.” What’s the best thing that you can do for yourself besides take care of your physical and mental self?
